Whether you're checking out of your Airbnb, heading to the airport or moving between accommodations, our team collects, stores and delivers your luggage exactly when and where you need it. We also offer multi-day storage options and convenient luggage transfers between hotels, homes and even the airport.

How do I book a Bag Drop?
Book a Bag Drop via our new web-app by clicking "Book". You will need to provide us with details such as Collection location and time as well as your Delivery location and time. You will receive booking notifications via WhatsApp chat and email. Please note there is a 10 minute service time per booking.
Where and when does Bag Drop operate?
Bag Drop operates in the Cape Town area and we deliver to both Stellenbosch and Franshhoek. (see our Serviceable Areas here).
Our service operates Monday -Sunday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
Does Bag Drop offer Airport and Cruise Terminal delivery?
Yes! Our drivers can collect from and deliver to both the Cape Town International Airport and Cape Town Cruise Terminal.
Missed a Collection/Delivery?
As our drivers operate on a scheduled basis and have multiple collections and deliveries to do, should you miss a collection or delivery, or exceed your service time, an additional charge of R450.00 will be applicable and your allocated driver may need to return at a later time slot, pending availability.
